Today the Muslim Ummah is facing many challenges and hardships throughout the world. Enemies of Islam, which have been for centuries trying their best to put an end to the Deen-ul-Haqq (The True Religion) from the face of this earth, are getting more and more aggressive.

But, today there are some people/sections/groups within the Ummah, who are causing more harm to Muslims than these enemies of Islam. These people knowingly or unknowingly promote un-Islamic and even anti-Islamic things and cause the innocent common Muslims to go astray. One such example is the Karachi (Pakistan) based satellite tv channel called 'Qtv'.

Qtv is an abbreviation for 'Qur'an television'. It is owned by the group of ARY Films and TV Production (which also owns channels like Fashion TV (Pakistan), The Musik, HBO (Pakistan) etc.).

Qtv was launched on 1st September 2003, and since then it has been promoting Bid'at (innovation in the Religion), Shirk and Kufr! It unfortunately has been promoting many dangerous teachings, which when believed in may lead to the loss of Imaan and hence push one into Hellfire!

We shall try to discuss as much as possible about this channel & all what it is promoting in the name of Islam, InshaAllaah. It is my sincere request to every Muslim who happens to come across these articles to kindly read them with open & unbiased minds.
